The county gas learned with shock the unfortunate comments by Jacaranda presenter Darren Scott. He has since admitted to using the K****r word to a co worker. This is a simple manifestation that we have some whites in this millennium who are still living in the past. Darren Scott, like many other white racists have failed to move with time. It is not only unfortunate but shocking to learn that someone of Darren's stature is still living in apartheid South Africa in this millennium. His apology is merely a window dresser and should be taken with a pinch of salt. All he's trying to do is to rescue what is left of an already tainted image. It is such kind of behavior that gives people like Malema the nerve to behave the way they do towards the other race. Needless to say there cannot be any justification for any racist remarks from anyone, be it black or white.
The wisest move that the whole country expects from Darren is an unconditional resignation from the popular broadcaster or else we begin to take the station to be of the same mind. To Darren we say shame on you. No matter how many times you apologise, the word k***r will never exist in a no-racist's vocabulary. You should stop asking yourself questions because you're an outright racist. Now is the time Darren should learn to co-exist with other races. Yes the country may forgive you today, but we will not forget. You will always be a stark reminder to us of the resistance to change of your kind. And you have taught us to always remain on guard lest ?????????????????????

You are a candidate for a miracle (today's sermon)
Today is the day you will receive your miracle if you believe. Faith is the substance of all things hoped for.
Today your're living your life in the desert and the Lord has a great message for you. Isaiah 41:19-20; 'I will plant trees in the barren desert- cedar, acacia, myrtle, olive, cypress, fir and pine. I am doing this so all who see this miracle will understand what it means-that it is the Lord who has done this, the holy one of Israel who created it.'
Yes my life was a desert also, too barren to bear any fruit. I used to drink like hell, now I found Jesus I drink the holy spirit. Today the Lord wants to plant trees in your barren life. The Lord is a God of miracles and today He wants to manifest His glory through you.

Wikileaks - the ultimate liberation
Wikileaks has brought a new frontier in the midst of our lives. What Julian Assange has brought to the billions of the world's population is a revolution the magnitude of which was unthinkable before. With the disintergration of the Soviet Union in the a 90's the world was plunged at the mercy of the bully of the only super power to emerge out of the cold war - the United States. From then on the United States has controlled our lives in a manner none of us would have dared believe. Thanks to Wikileaks, the cat has been let out of the bag. Wikileaks has liberated us phenominally, bringing to fore surmountable databases of information long hidden from the entire world. Now we have been made aware of the machinations, not only of the United States, but also of our national leaders. Access to information is the ultimate freedom anyone can dream of. Information is empowerment and everyone has the right of entitlement. Anyone who seeks to prosecute Julian Assange is bent on prosecuting the our hard fought democracy and the people as the guardians of this democracy can not just sit by and watch. Assange stand for all of us and anyone who seeks to manipulate his flaws to protect his bourgeoisie interests is an enemy of the people. Of course Assange is human like all of us, and his personal flaws as an individual can not blinker us from the actual revolution in progress.

World Cup starts on a slow note with a big disapointment for African teams
The world cup has started on a slow note with unexpectedly below par performances by most teams. Most notably is Africa's big disapointment. While most teams have been less than convincing in the middle of the park, the big guns like German, Argentina and Netherlands have been able to post positive results. The world's biggest event kicked off in African style with the Host South Africa managing a draw against Mexico. Although most locals expected nothing short of victory, they were soon content with the draw. Now hopes for Africa are pinned on Ghana who have manged to post a win in their opening game against Serbia. With Brazil and Spain yet to play, the tournament winners remain anyone's guess.

why women live longer than men
the reason why women live longer than men has been mainly attributed to the male hormone which increases levels of harmful cholestorol, raising a man's chances of getting heart disease or stroke. Literally sperm genes have a detrimental effect on lifespan in mammals. So shed off as much as you canwhile men die from their diseases women live with them.

Terre Blanche And Apartheid
While Terre Blanche's death should only be seen in light of industrial relations, his dark apartheid past has cast light at the end of the tunnel and has enabled society to debate one of the current problems bedevling the South African society - Malema and his rhetorics.
Objectively looking at Blanche's death it is quite clear the cause was one of poor employer-employee relations and anyone who is trying to link his death to Malema's "Kill the Boer" song is only trying to make political mileage at anunfortunate incident. That Blanche was a blood racist who treated his workers with gross inhumanitis unquestionable. And for the media ant the political leaders to try and score cheap political points by showing concern for a known racist is dishearteningtosay the least. Instead what we should have heard out of this unfortunate incident is a clamour todiscourage peaple fromtaking the law into their own hands. Even if Blanche was black He would probably have met his end this way. Now the attention should be given back to Malema. While we have found no link between Malema and Blanche's death, what was mos apparent was that the man's hate speechees has created so much discontent in the country. And if he doesnt shut up innocent people will end up dead. so to Malema If you have nothing to say just shut up

Homosexuality obsceneties
Where is this world headed to? Listening to jacaranda fm this morning I was astounded to hear the dj anounce that gay marriage is now legal in Mexico and people are celebrating. What baffled me was not that gay marriage had been legalized, since this is the trend worldwide, but rather that people are celebrating such obsceneties. This is tantamount to celebrating the new Sodom and Gomor
